Hi, today I entered day 28 of flower on my out door K Kush plant and my concern is that basically over night brown hairs started developing. The only change I made was last night I put a rotating fan on it to help with circulation and prevent any potential bud rot, I live in the tropics so it’s very humid. I will add some photos, if anyone has some tips or advice that would be much appreciated ✌🏽

It could have been the fan. Just touching the hairs can make them change. Plant looks amazing, IMPO!! Pros will chime in I’m sure.

Nice! Can't wait to see what you yield from her.
They look okay but give 1 bud where you see the brown hairs a tug, if it comes off in a chunk you've got the rot, you'll know it when you see it.

After few years commercial growing in NorCal I’m unfortunately all to aware of bud rot.. our old 70 year old hippy neighbor refused to harvest early one year when the rain came and by the time he asked us to help him bring it all down it was heart breaking, we were literally throwing baseball bat sized buds straight in the fire. He must of lost over 100k in flower.

I’ve had the odd caterpillar pop up through out the whole grow which I obviously remove instantly along with any web they tend to spin and they often leave a rotten spot where they tried lay they’re cocoon and can stress pistils to brown out of stress
