ya went down to organic section yesterday,got red taters and some sweet potato,,got them in the dark cool spot,hoping for some eyes in couple weeks,about jan gonna start some in jars and make slips,,these i aint expecting much yeild at all,but want know if i dont tryyou might do well with some local to me stock mate, for potatoes and things. There are some very heat tolerant strains which I can only source from the actual producers whom are typically small scale market gardeners
