it is ,just pickup shovel and load the truck off side of road,i do it all the time,also get 5 gal buckets of asphalt they scraped off roads,here you cant just shovel it in your truck,but you can put as many 5 gal buckets as you want,hahah easier to spread that way too

i had a deal with the county few years back,when they come out to scrap,cause they dont know how to grade,they load the truck up and bring me 2 loads every year,ya got glass and trash in it,but that is cleaned out when spread,im working on my 5th load of free mulch right now,just need one more load,they cant hardly give the stuff away,only difrence from it and store bought,is store bought is double chipped,ive already got my whole garden walk ways and all done,finishing a hill side now,,im ready for growing season for once i think lmao
