yes mate, here the pork is good i understand, the meat generally is pretty good. I am right on the coast, so i am happy i get fish which i do eat of course. I prefer the balance of Omega in fish with Veg versus fish with meat, whenever I ate meat, i always felt tired afterwards, so i gave it upred from nature bro,,shoot them ,when the heart stops beating,blood stops pumping,,we catch them tie and stick bowe knife in the throat to get all blood out,,i would really be interested in study of which is better,,me im with nature,i dont hardly buy pork,,and i also make sausage with it,,just about everything we eat is ground something or the other beside fish,lmao
