yes mate, here the pork is good i understand, the meat generally is pretty good. I am right on the coast, so i am happy i get fish which i do eat of course. I prefer the balance of Omega in fish with Veg versus fish with meat, whenever I ate meat, i always felt tired afterwards, so i gave it up

yeah, she is a beauty mate, I got her from an old army captain whose garden i looked after. he always told me he would give it me, and he did :-) I sat with him and told him how much I loved it as a kid in the cadets at the firing range. Best rifle i fired, can hit a pin top at 25 yards and drop a cow with a head shot :-)

yes, i made a bit of Bokashi :-) 5 tons should do the whole hectare, now its the hard part, digging it in to donuts on the canopy drip line
