Lots more light. The stretchy stems and large spacing suggest a light not strong enough for proper veg grow let alone the energy needed for flower. How many watts, can you measure in lux or ppfd and what distance from plant

We can help and you will get a ton of recommendations

Lights. Plan on a minimum of a 100 watts per plant for a good grow. By good grow I mean a small plant that would cover about 2.5 square feet. This gives the plant enough energy to grow
Environment
You need to control your environment within a set of perimeters. These will be 85 to 65 degrees and 70% to 40 or under for humidity. Going out of these perimeters does not mean you can not grow pot. It means a weaker smaller plant more suspectable to bugs and diseases.
On another blog I was following a guy in mid flower before I left. He had a cardboard box a fan and a light. O and miracle grow nutes. Was looking like at least a couple of lids.
Media
Dirt coco hydro pick a card any card. I run Fox Farms soil all organic nutes start to finish.
IPM
Insect prevention maintenance
Sticky traps neem oil sulphur powder biotene insect spray whatever you want to use but you need to have it not have to run and get it.

What phone do you use? If you have an android phone you can download Tent Buddy to give you a general idea of how much light is raining down on your plants. If you have an Iphone then Photone. You might need a diffuser for it to work but that seems to be the app of choice for most Iphone users. These are apps that will measure the PPFD that your lights are putting out.

@JIMKSI64 gives good advice. Whenever I'm sizing a light for a tent I multiply 30watts times the square footage of the tent. 2' x 2' tent? 4 sq/ft x 30 watts = 120 watts. It looks like you have your plant in the open but I would have to agree with @JIMKSI64 that 100watts minimum if you want to grow some decent smoke.

I use a method called DLI, Daily Light Integral, to gauge the amount of light my plants get at any given stage of their growth. It has really helped me dial in the correct amount of light my plant needs to maximize its performance.

The Daily Light Integral of Plants

The daily light integral (DLI) specifies the usable light received within a 24 hour window. Understanding and optimizing DLI is crucial for healthy plants and bountiful plant yield.
