Hello. This is my first grow.
The seeds are Northern lights. Grow medium is soil. Week 4 of bloom.
I'm using the general hydroponics lineup.

This week I noticed one of my plants looking hungry a day after feeding. And now they are both showing a little yellowing one much more than the other.

I just ordered a ph soil tester today so I should be getting a accurate soil test tomorrow.

The close up image is 2 days the other image is from 7 days ago.
I'm thinking this is a soil ph problem. Any input would be helpful. Thank you!

That's pretty normal down there in peak flower they're crushing it right now. It doesn't look widespread based on those pics. They look great. I'm not sure I would increase anything too much right now.

I'll get a new pic tonight. They yellowing is more widespread than the second pic right now.

Are you using Armor Si in your mix and are you adjusting your water’s pH?

I wouldn’t stress soil pH too much just yet. Also, what order are you mixing the nutes in?

It's been two days gave them a less aggressive feeding this time. Thinking about chopping soon. They were thirsty when I took this pic.

Based on the first two pictures in the previous post, I would wait to harvest until more of the pistils darken. The pistils at the top are the last to change color. We've found we prefer to harvest before they do. I've been told that's the last part of the bud to stop growing.

Top of the plant ripens first.

Don't ever harvest based on pistil color, always check the trichomes on the buds with magnification for the best results.

Pistil color only gives you a general sense of how far along it is.

Save yourself a giant headache and just use gaia green next time with some Colorado castings and water only. It's way easier ✌️

With the gaia green you add both types to the soil and just water?
There's more to it than that. Gaia Green is part of the organic growing method, and that method is less demanding and more forgiving for the grower. There likely are other nutrients required, though. For example, calcium and magnesium.
