There's also HST for autos but don't recommend it. I've never done hst for autos but may try next run.

Its recommended to not defoliate depending on flower time. Or if u do, just a few leaves.

As for the lights, I'm not sure. Someone with more experience should help. I'm still learning.

Do you think you could pull that plant out of there and put on your flash and take a picture of that thing it’s really hard to see and diagnose any type of precursor for stressors were already Affected leaves. I only ever employ this method when you’re out of other options now be careful if you choose to go this route, smashing those stems and rolling your fingers back-and-forth. You really gotta pay attention to how the inner stem wall is breaking down and you don’t wanna split it just be careful and take your time and you’ll be able to do whatever you need to with that thing And if you need more pictures I can show you colas that have been bent over in flower
