Ive started my first grow this summer and its been going pretty well until now.
I have read a lot and learned a few things but at this point i am a bit lost to what the reason could be for my plants to be this way

Bit of info:
The soil is some standard soil from the local supermarket
I have used a fertilizer ( also from the local area, nothing fancy ) with Npk of 3-1-4
I am growing outside in a greenhouse - it can get quite warm in there, last i checked the other day it was close to 40c and i put some shade over.
There is two sorts. the 4 big ones are outdoor queen and the two smaller ones are royal dwarf, they are both flowering.

These are the outdoor queens

These are the Royal dwarfs
My worry is the leaves. the miscolouring and spots ( and small holes )
I have tried for the past week or so to figure it out and i have some idea about what it could be but iam honestly just not sure, so i came to this forum hoping for some help

Most of the leaves are turning out like this
Thanks for any input and hopefully a solution

i think the small brown spots are calcium deficiency , bit of calmag should sort it out. bark chips and charcoal hold onto a lot of calcium .
not sure about the fan leaves , the rest of the plant looks so good i would imagine its just done with it, Im one of those people who cuts off a lot of my fan leaves, especially if they cover any bud sites.

Thanks for the reply
I forgot to add that the pH of all the plants are 7 to 6.7 - and i did add some dolomite chalk a few weeks ago so i am a bit worried about adding more cal-mag would increase the pH of the soil too much.
i have also done some trimming of the leaves but was hesitant to remove such big leaves without asking around first. I might just remove the discolored leaves and see how it goes.

Ive never used dolomite but yeah ive just read up on it and it should sort out the calmag issues...
are you giving it any feed ? I am wondering if the plant has used up all the pre loaded nutrients in the soil , if it had any..
you could top up the pots with some new rich soil and even mix in some worm castings or guano.
