First Grow

Hey, it’s my first time growing my own weed I just need the opinions of some experienced growers.
I currently have 4 plants growing, 3blue mystics auto and a white widow fem. I’m using floral premium soil, I also would like to know if root farm nutes will be ok for them when it’s time to use . I currently don’t have any ventilation set up the light cycle is 18/6 with 2 40w cfl lights. All were planted 04/05/18 except the one in the white cup 10/05/18

You need some real lighting up in there. For being planted 5+ weeks ago those are wayyyy behind.

Get you 4 100w led bulbs pop plastic diffusers off will give you enough light to veg for now

Just got 3 60w cfl 2700k,not sure if that’s too warm for my plants(all that was available) I’m swapping out the previous ones for these (they didn’t have the Y shaped sockets). also got a therm/hum while I was there

What's a realistic budget you could set aside for lighting?

I tried the whole CFL thing for like a week once, was not impressed. I know people do it, but it's far from ideal

Don’t have a budget but not trying to go over 100$ for lighting, I was actually planning to get led soon but for now cfl

I would suggest ordering this mars hydro it's cheaper from Walmart than it is amazon. If you can't afford I would say get you a power strip mount it in the box buy socket that plug in and buy 2 boxes of led bulbs and pop the diffusers off
