Hey there sorry that I'm so late getting back to you it's an autoflower automazar by Dutch Passion I didn't do any training on it. I started it in the pot you see. I cut the bottom out of a solo cup and then I split the cup in half top to bottom put it in the pot with soil then put the seed in it. The reason I did this is to retain moisture as she sprouted. Then when she was about 10 days old or so I slid the cup out and away we go no transplant shock! It grew well as you can see it went 100 days!!
