right now it’s in my cellar / basement. I’m thinking of making my own little tent , added a new light

It's late and your plant has leaf deficiency , so it would be really tough ....but possible
Will take forever to re veg , but you can try with one of the lower branches if you're really attached to the plant and want to preserve it
