I have not tried those 2 strains but gorilla butter seems to be more productive by looking at the pics (gorilla glue is also very productive, Im guessing thats one of the parents). I would go for the sweetest one even if I get a little bit less of yield but thats personal preference.

Week 5 Day 1

Gorilla butter finally has my attention. Terp profile is subtle but sooo unique. Smells like peanut butter, slightly skunky funkiness. The buds are like towering spears, and it’s beginning to really pack on some weight. Super frosty View attachment 2161549

The Jezus juice is once again, the favorite in the garden. This plant checks every box, time and time again and the smell of fresh oranges overpowers everything in the room. The trichome density is some of the frostiest I’ve come across and massive, chunky purple buds are really shining on this run.

Sugarcane is looking wonderful. This pheno is stout, and very indica dominant in structure. the terps are heavy on the fuel side of things, with a hint of sweetness. View attachment 2161552View attachment 2161553

There’s been some issues with pineapple since week 3 of flowering. The stems simply cannot support its weight. The moment they started flowering, I noticed the branches starting to give out due to increased weight. By week 4, every branch of every plant completely gave out and they all fell over. Had to throw up a trellis and get them all supported or it was gonna to be a big L for this strain. Terps are super sweet, and floral. The mother plant was culled, and it will be out of the rotation after this run.

Shout out to @ImpulsiveGrower for hooking it up with some new additions to the garden!

Trop cherry #8
Grape Gas
Melted strawberries
Slurricane #7

Potentially adding another table in the next run or two.

Are you running any silica? It will stiffen and strengthen branches!

i was on the fence about culling the pineapple pheno mother. it’s possible that with the structure of the plant and knowing it stretches quite a bit, that I just simply over-vegged it for the set up I’m running. Without support, it simply couldn’t hold up its own weight. Others that are flowering the same cut right now aren’t having those issues though. But the other 3 strains in this garden are as stout as can be.

Our setups are very different, I grow fewer plants but use HST( a variation of manifold in) to grow them bigger but I use cut down tomato cages and train for 12 to 16 colas instead of Christmas tree plants. Mine grow all branches fairly even in height, so all get even lighting too. Here is a pic of what I’m talking about….

Well folks, it’s about that time. It’s always such a pleasure to close out another grow. There’s always plenty to learn from each run, and I’m grateful to have had the opportunity for this one. Next reply will be harvest shots and the weigh in.

Will post more soon, with a final yield.
Until then, 17oz of Jezus Juice from a 3x3 area. Not bad at all!
Sugarcane turned out the frostiest by far, gorilla butters terps are insane. Large yield, and insanely frosty. Fuel/rubber terps. Suffered a little bud rot with sugarcane and pineapple, environmental controller is next in the list.
