After very close inspection, thankfully there were no signs of thrips. The spots are light green so it makes me think that it is some sort of nutrient deficiency. Please look at the fallowing link. Scrole down and look at Thrips

Look your plant over very well. After opening the link if you click on Thrips it will tell you how to deal with them should you find Thrips on your plant.
My first suggestion would be to look for changes in the new growth. That picture is of an older leaf, which probably won't show much improvement.Still not giving the plants any nutrients but I feel at this point that something is needed to fix this issue. Any suggestions would be great.
Surprisingly that is one of the newest leaves on the plant towards the top so that is what made me think that it was a deficiency. I've done a lot of research but nothing that I have read is really definitive on what could cause it. I figured it was a problem with the chlorophyll as well but not sure how to correct that.My first suggestion would be to look for changes in the new growth. I think the coloration could be leaf variegation. It isn't a nutrient deficiency, and it usually isn't a problem. If it's bad, the yield can be less because there's less chlorophyl in the leaves.
That's what I was hoping but that leaf is newer growth. I'll keep an eye on it still but hopefully it doesn't get worse.Leaves that have been damaged usually don't get better. So, look at new growth to see if a problem is improving. When the cause of a problem is not known, the best thing to do is get everything as dialed-in as possible and then watch the new growth to see if the plant improves. Chances are it will.

I did some research and it definitely looks similar. No clue how I would have gotten that so I'm hoping that it is something different.tobacco mosaic virus ?
I haven't used any nutes in the last 18 days. Only plain ph water about every 4 or 5 days when the soil is completely dry.You appear to be over doing the nutes. try just using plain ph'd water. Let the soil dry out between watering.

Thankfully the plant is pest free. Thanks for the information though!Spinosad for thrips!
Maybe some if them but not all, it's just redundant and unnecessary. Risk of burning them is much higherOh also you're not really supposed to use synthetic nutes with organic soil as this can kill the microbes in your soil which is not good.
