First Time Grower

Several plants are showing signs of flowering, but the leaves have a weird spotting on them. Just curious if anyone could tell me if this is normal?

The spotting looks sparkly in direct sunlight.

Definitely shiny when sunlight hits, looks like someone dusted with glitter
