First time growing please help

First time actually growing I have germanated my seeds and put them in the red solo cup and in the grow tent what temp should they be at and what humidity

How often should I water it since it's it the solo cup

depends, i usually water every 3 to 4 days, just dont feed them for a couple weeks after they pop & dont over water

I put water in then I put the seer in so I watered first but I should water every 3-4 days after the Initial one

well let it pretty much dry out before watering
