Hey!!

Firstly I just wanted to say thank you to everyone that takes the time to help others in this forum, I learn so much from reading and then applying what I have learnt and I feel im making progress in expanding my knowledge - thank you This is my first time re vegging, any help is greatly appreciated!.

I cut clones week 2 into flower and now have put her back into veg on an 18/6 cycle for about 2 1/2 weeks now and feeding veg nutrients - temps 26-28 ‘C and humidity 65-70% consistently. I know I am to expect weird growth for a bit but when will I know if the plant is back in full veg mode? Is it when she starts growing 5-7 fingers on the fan leaves? On average, how long is the expected wait to get back to full reveg, I’ve heard upwards of 6 weeks?

She seems to be growing new leaves with 1-3 fingers currently. Is there any way I could try speed up the process? I’ve attached some pics, it would be great to know if it’s making any progress and if I’m on the right track, or should I just chuck it and move on? I’m really trying to preserve this strain..

I’ve also attached a pic of what she looks week 6 1/2 into flower. Have a blessed day everyone!!

WOW. First are you hitting nitrogen really hard ? Its to much ,
Ok you will not get much info about a revegged plant anywhere ,
I have seen growers take the total finished plant re veg it . They harvested all of it except a small area .
The person that answers your question correctly will get a lot of people saying they are incorrect .
Re veg to get fresh new normal growth is about 2 weeks .
Here is your answer here goes the debate . The true answer is GENETIC DRIFT . How many times have put the main plant in flower and took a clone to continue the process ?
One finger leaves true sighn the plant is what i call gone wild . It forgot what it was bread to be and gone wild.
Im surprised your bud from flower is not just full of seeds .
Plant a new seed my advice .
Edited . This pic in the middle of that plant do i see male parts ? Zoom in . new pic for us its about 3 inches from the top . https://www.thcfarmer.com/unsafe/fi...time-re-vegging-my-weed-plant-2-jpeg.2087797/

Remember playing with the copy machine as a kid? You’d make one copy, copy that copy, and so on—until you ended up with a completely faded image. (Assuming you even had an image left at all.) You’ll often hear among some cannabis breeders the so-called “genetic drift” myth. They’ll claim that if...

you can call me wrong . Is this from a plant that grew from a new fresh seed from a package ? Or recloned many times ? Just use caution when you flower it watch for a herm

Hey @BryanOconner. Thanks for the response. I’ll back off on the nitrogen a bit, I’m following the recommendation on the bottle, I’ll cut back anyway. I gave her a foliar feed with a very low mix of P nutrients last night, as I thought the dark leaves and purple stems/leaf veins were due that and possibly a mg deficiency. I was going to give her a spray of some mg nutrients in a couple days as I read purple stems could also be due to that?

The plant in flower was grown from seed from a new pack. I have only taken clones from the plant once and these pics are the clones. I looked closely and those are calyx’s I believe, I’ll check again.

I’ll keep trying for a little longer and see what happens. I’ll learn better that way . I’ll keep a close eye on it to see if she hermies. Thanks for all that info, I’ve read people taking clones week 3 of flower and getting some really bushy plants that they take clones from. I guess everyone has their own preferences and experiences.

Thanks for the help

Purple . Usually cold temps . Yeah so that website plant is stressed bad . Keep it in veg see if it starts to shoot normal leaves . If not toss it . I would not flower a plant with mutant leaves .

Hey @BryanOconner. Had a closer look and found some male flower with pistols growing from them, weird looking, no pollen formed yet but figured that’s only going to end bad now that I have plants in flower. I wonder how people get away with monster cropping? Anyways, I guess I lost that one. I’ll have to pop more seeds and find another cracker.

Glad i spotted it . Your other plants should be fine . Its very early showing so its a 90 % your good . Monster cropping .
I just fim the plant to get more tops and lolly pop the bottom to cut off branches that will produce popcorn .
This keeps the plant growing fast so it can get into flower asap.
Pro tip . Fim and lolly pop your plant the same day you start your 12/12 do not leave it in veg to grow back to waste time .
Time is money ! Plant growth is money for some of us . Im retired now .
