First timer-how am I doing

Hi. I'm just wondering how my plants are looking. The two tall girls are humboldt dream autos 6 weeks old. The short chubby girl is a photo sativa dream. And the two babies are humboldt jelly donut auto. I'm using Gaia green, silica, recharge, and cal/mag. I'm supplementing wiht uv for an hour a day. Any advice? Do you see any issues? Should I defoliate or just stay on track. TIA
