First trim/prune how I do?

Day #33 and she got a well overdue pruning so I can increase air flow and get some light to the lower bud sites....I watched a few videos on YouTube and just kind of did what I thought was right so please let me know how I did! I’m posting a before pic and after video

Yes she looks better now that I can easily see the bud sites....how many recovery days should I wait before flower?

Give it a few days see how it’s picked up don’t forget if feeding nutes still use veg for the stretch period keep there N storage going into the leaf after the stretch bring on the bloom nutes .
