4x4 flood and recirculation

can my 4x4 ebb n flow table with 150 liter resovior work as a rdwc system ?withn pots filled with hydroton nd air stones bubling everywhere:character0035:

I have my moms on a 4x2 table, 6 airstones, 20gal rez, pump on 24/7.

There is basically no water flow.
When I change the rez, I pour a 5gal in the table to wash it out and it does a good job.

I do not believe is has a distinct advantage over traditional ebb&flow - without bubblers and w/a timer on the pump.
