Put one seed pack in 1 pair of pants pockets.
Then roll them up for packing.
Spread em out between pants.

That's how I get it done each time.
Last time I brought back 44 seeds no problem.

You could also label them on the packs as another plant variety.
I.e. tomatoes, radishes etc.

Most people don't garden or even interact with plants for that matter.
They wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

If its just one strain, just toss them loose into a pants pocket. Similar idea, but you could grab a seed pack from home depot and swap them out then just fold/roll/crumple/etc. and stick them in a pocket like they got forgotten.

Mostly just take the labeling off, its not like your flying with buds or even extracts. Its just some mystery substance in an unmarked container....but 100% not a bomb, that's what they are looking for.
