Miracle Gro potting mix we used miracle gro all purpose plant food 4-4-4 and in flower we used miracle gro flower food it all worked great just had some drainage issues because lack of perlite but miracle gro sells that to lol I think they just got a bad rep some how…. Not to much different then FF! I said what I said!!

Ture! I’m venturing out on my own with my first indoor grow it’s a lot more complicated than outdoor because you have to control the environment but it’s fascinating and keeping me on my toes

I have used MG products outside for 30 years. When I did my research on cannabis every single blog, forum or grow site hated massive on MG. I guess from that and the fact that a lot of MG is time released it sounded like the hate was based on reality.

Now having said that this is the very first post I have seen in a year of research and activity that got a MG to the finish line. Excellent job and nice post.

But I am staying with organic growing until I get some experience and then try coco as the yields and the time sure look awesome

No nothings gave MG a bad rap and look at all the nonsense today. I must say I stepped up to Foxfarm a couple of years ago but, exclusively MiracleGro, MiracleGro Bloom for decades. Gotta stalled seedling give 'em a shot of MG. Good Job!

You took the word out of my mouth in the seedling stage we foliar feed her with a mist bottle and it would double in size over 24 hrs

Miracle-Gro certainly seems to hold a strong market position. Fox Farms products, however, are hard to find in my part of the country. So, knowing little at the time, I began my growing adventure with MG. Then I started reading cannabis forums. I followed the common wisdom about MG and ordered FF soils from Amazon. Sometime later, I learned about organic nutrients (versus synthetics) and decided to go that route exclusively. I'll remain an organic grower for the foreseeable future because what goes into the plants also goes into my body, and that matters to me.
