found a single thrip

I found what i believe to be a thrip yesterday, small grey bug just chillin on a new shoot i shat brixx and killed the fu**er.
should i get any treatment? i checked the rest they seemed to be okay, i have no experience with what these things do.
should i water down the plant with neem? and water the soil with some type of pesticide. the plants are 2 and 3 weeks in veg from seed. :free-character-smil

bang works on thrips. it'll kill em right off. Fox farm 'dont bug me' i think its called will work too.

Correct, I use 'don't bug me' and it works great. I still have Lady Bugs in the refer because the FF stuff worked better than I expected

i put lady bugs in my tent the day i started and keep them in there and have never had problems with bugs
