Active Eye Analog light meter.
Measures Fluorescent, Sun and High Intensity.
No batteries required!
I got one for $30 Canadian.
Now just maybe I can not burn my seedlings.

Now you just have to learn how to convert lux into par

Saying that it will give you a idea

Just divide LUX reading by 3.05 to get PARS.
