Hello I was wondering if someone could help me out with this plant pH fine and water is fine. I am thinking it could be genetics or something that I'm not seeing. Appreciate your time and assistance

light, temps, air flow and humidity. is that in coco?

Light is good temp doesn't spike to high soil is good out of the that I germinated is the only one that look weird so it just might be the runt of the litter.
