Fox Farm Ocean Blend- Nutrients?

We have used Fox Farm Ocean Blend from the start with our girls. We just started flowering this week & have never added any nutrients to our soil. They have all been transplanted from a 1 gal to a 3 gal to finally a 5 gal pot throughout the veg process. All new soil every time. A growing friend recently made a comment that even though we used fox farm, our girls will not produce good tasting buds since we didn’t use any nutrients or add ins. Is that true? If so, any way to correct it now? As always, thank you so much for any help!

I would disagree with growing friend. Are you outdoor?

Once they have been in the final pot 2-3 weeks they will likely need added nutrients.

I got through veg with water only too but with transplants up to new soil they always have some fresh nutrients available.

said friend really hasnt grown in ocean is all i got to say,about 2 weeks in on last transplant start introdution of nutrients mate,ive gone up to 4 weeks in and had no issue with just water,but really didnt care that much about grow at that time either,if you transplanted and then flower id wait to stretch was done before feeding nutes,just my opinion
