Fresh Farmer... 1st Grow...

hello all,
I started my 1st grow 16 days ago. 4 Auto fem train wreck in a perilite cococoir medium. So far they are progressing nicely.
I am now obsessed. I want to start some new strains ASAP. I just recieved a few regular fem sour diesel. I outfitted a 4'x4' apollo tent with a 400w mh/hps vented hood.
Day 15= from start of germination.
I am getting a lot of good info from this site.
Please give me some constructive criticism.

Get the light about a foot and a half or two feet above the top of the plants for the best growth and have the fan blowing between the plants and light.
