Shit man a few runs ago I was trimming the gurlz legs and it was early veg and be damned stood up and put my head right thru my glass. Moral to that story is save getting medicated for after groom chores. Luckily didnt get hurt other than my feelinz and smashed a couple of plants. Had to replace glass although bulb didnt break.My glass is 5foot 10 off the floor. So I won't hit my head lol..long story cookies and hoods don't mix well
Well out of the 12kw i have 5 x 6/750w gavitas running at 750w and they are 6'4 from the floor so i can just barely walk under them lol,but it aint no hotter under those lamps then it is right under a cooltube.the heat has a place to go,up,and i think thats what saves me.idk if i could still use these lights if my ceilings were 8 foot,maybe.but also im in michigan and its like 22f outside now.im not in a basement.this was my shop before the laws passed.woulda def done alot of things dif if i knew i would be filling this place with plants .it started as just a few masterkush under a 400w in a hood i made myself out of sheet metal lol.shit happens.My glass is 5foot 10 off the floor.
