my bad bro,i forgot about you.its a backdraft damper.i use mostly 6 inch but i have one 8 in also and it has held up well for a good 3 years or more now.a few of my 6in are over 5 years old.they have a lil spring in em so when the fan shuts down they close up nice and wind wont push past unless its like a 50-60 mph gust lol@sixstring you got a pic of that damper

super easy to use pops.but 9 out of 10 times i just use my lighter to blaze.its more of a weekend type sittin around smokin weed all day type tool.but if your always sitting around smokin in the same spot and dont have small kids to worry about the herb iron is nice ,and clean burning.I bought a big spool of Bee Line and a Wickit Wand for holding it but, I don't use it very often, kinda a pain in the ass really. When I do use it I will light a little candle that I can keep lighting my it with.
