He spent most of his younger life in group homes. At the age of 40 he got to do the independent living thing. He had a few people steal from him, eat all his food. All kinds a shit. Never had a chance to get to any of them. The state lady it on them fast.
Later in life he rolled to the library in is rascal, for movies. One day he was crossing the street and a O'Reilly delivery truck, failed to yield to cross walk. My uncle got ran over. Not real serve, but good enough to get over 8 million.....I loved going shopping for him. He thought he was broke. And every time I told him...No get what you want unc. You got plenty

He got his first check. And I went to restock his house..New tv pots pans, all that jazz..asked him how big a tv he wanted. He said the same as the one he had. A lil tiny thing. ..said unc you can have any tv you want, and I will get it for you...He loved tv..but wasn't feeling the money thing ..He lived good at the end tho I guessThats awesome. ...i guess

Absolutely.Special needs people are pretty amazing. I have known a few and they have a sense of happiness about them that some of us - me included could really learn from.

When my mom committed suicide she had only a few thousand left from when uncle passed away. He still had a few mill that got devied up between her and another brother. And a cousin who got a third of a third. Cause her dad was goneThat's fucked up bro.

I've said a ton of times that I wish I could just knock off a bunch of IQ points, I've never seen someone with a low IQ that wasn't happy as hell. Put 'em in the shittiest kind of work you could ask for and they're just whistling away enjoying their work. Always blew me away.

So we had to have that talk after about some people are God's special people and we treat them that way, we look out for them, we make sure no one teases them, or we fuck them up.
