Hey farmers

I have some plants that are under 24 hours of light i'd like to switch to 18/6, they are 35 days old. They have been stressed a lot already with cold temp and hardcore transplant, would that stress them more or is it ok?

I heard is not too good to play with the light cycle...

it shouldnt stress them much at all since they are still in veg. as along as your not messin with the 12/12 cycle it shouldnt stress them ladies at all. this is just my experience

It will probably un-stress them. They will get a definite rest period and won't have to decide on their own.

Hey RD good to know, seems like u tried that on ur own and did't notice no stress sign.

I don't know really KKL, first time i run 24 h i didt notice no diference really.?. I thought they would have grown faster but was quite the same...

When you use 24 hours they still go through a rest period just like on other cycles but the plant has to decide when. On stressed plants you have to nurse them along. 18/6 will treat them nice. I use to preach 24h all the time but now I prefer 18/6 for most veg and cloning.

by monday i will swotch to two weeks of 18/6 and see whatsup...thanks fellas
