This is a male clone from seed.
Since germination on thru to bloom, it's continued to only throw 3 finger leaves. None of the 9 other females are doing this, which were in the same tent, with all the same conditions. So I'm ruling out the light stress idea. There's no ruderalis genetics in this variety.

So from seed to sacks it's only throwing 1 to 3 finger leaves. I haven't been able to find any info on why this happening.

Has anyone ever experienced this? In 8 yrs of growing, I've never seen this... anyone else have this experience? Thanks in advance.

Genetics covers this issue. It is prolly missing or has a corrupted bit of code in the matrix.
It's like sorry, your child has a cleft pallet but is otherwise normal
I can not think of a single thing you could purposely do that would cause it for an extended period of time without showing on the other plants.
As it does lean towards a genetic component do you have any reason to want a pollen sac from this plant?

The stem rub is amazing,(which can be deceiving, I know) so I started a breeding project with this male. Crossing it to 7 other different varieties. I appreciate your time. All the info is greatly appreciated.

I've got a Purple Bubba Kush that started with 3 leaves for two runs....

Then she went to 5 for 1 run......

And now she's back to 3 leaves......

From Greenpoint Seeds.......and she's a keeper.....regardless of how small her super-mini colas are......

I just threw this one outside for shits.......

Mine is (blueberry muffin x 24K) x Tangie from Crockett

I want to breed two other varieties with this male, in the near future, asc well. So I'll clone it one more time and see if anything might could change.

Yeah.....there's alot of different reasons why plants may react with the 3 fingers....

It boils down to stress or genetics......

Either way, I'm extremely happy with what she does!!!!

Hopefully, you will get the end results you are looking for!!!!

I call it the Gold Crush pheno, it's like orange zest going on a purple kush an a Blueberry. And now we wait..

I've got a Bubba Kush that is tangerine all day!!!!!

Orange crush (cali O x Blueberry)
and
Purple tangie
And not being able to acquire them, were the inspiration.
Plus I had Ting pheno I mistook for a forbidden fruit and didn't clone it. Once dried and cured I realized what I had lost. So that's why I'm inquiring about the 3 fingers.
