I’ve got several plants outdoors that are close to harvest but not quite ready, but forecasted low tonight is 35, and tomorrow is 39. Would it be wise to err on the side of caution and pull them? Thanks, Dan
Northern New York, Adirondacks. Problem is I’m away from home from tomorrow morning until Sunday, and I’d hate to leave them covered all day Saturday until Sunday night when I get back. Are you able to cover them with plastic? Are they moveable within reason? Without seeing the plants, its hard to answer that. You must be in a rather northern area. I'm in Michigan and most nights have been in the 50's here lately.
If they are photos your plants most likely have only been flowering 4-5 weeks and likely have 2-4 weeks to go. You pick them early, you'll lose weight and potency. You wait and it frosts, they could be dead or damaged. It's not a great situation any way you look at it.Northern New York, Adirondacks. Two autos and two photos. The autos are looking close. If they are photos your plants most likely have only been flowering 4-5 weeks and likely have 2-4 weeks to go. The autos could be ready. They certainly are close. Trichome pictures through digital microscope is my preferred way to check. It does look like you're entering the harvest window though. Two autos and two photos. The autos are looking close.View attachment 2528189View attachment 2528190View attachment 2528191
Genetics you're using are from that area of the world. They will survive in conditions another cultivar might not. Not all cultivars are that hardy.Has no problem here tonight my out door is 3 degrees Celsius an raining
