Fungus Gnats/Gnat Larve/Root aphids what are these?

Need some help with diagnosis and what to do to get rid of them. there deffinatly fuken stuff up.

symptoms: stunted growth, clawed fan leaves over all health looks bad, plants looking defficient and retarded.

white flaky build up on top the coco.

nothing serious on my sticky traps in weeks. i got just one black gnat or somthin, thats it.

im not seeing anything flying around

i tried need oil and soap. doesnt do anything.

took one plant that died, flushed the pot and noticed very very tiny white things floating up to the top of the coco, water drains and they go back inside the coco. these are very small you really gotta be looking for them specificly to notice them. i took these pics with my regular digital camera using a 60x microscope.

i pulled one out using tweezers. it crawled around then started to jump around, inch or so. Its very hard to see these with the naked eye.

I think those are springtails:

I read they're harmless - I do not believe that. I only had them when I was growing in soil. I got rid them when I finally realized that dirt doesn't belong in the house.

went in the tent and pulled a curled leaf when lights were off and put it under the 60-100 x microscope. i dont see anything moving around on the leaves under the scope just these little white milky balls here and there. these you cannot see with the naked eye, you need a microscope to see these. they all look the same i dont see any that look like they have hactched. im guessing these could be an egg or maybee just some left over neem spray because i treat everything before anything enters the flower tent. not sure what it is. this was on the underside of a large fan leaf.

the last 3 pics are at 60x, first pics are at 100x.

looks like there are alot of species. those dont look like mine, evolution is a motha fuka though.lol

these diffinatly tear your harvest to pieces. i have half my tent 2-4 weeks near the end and just by looking at the flowers they are 75% smaller, i know my strains and what they should look like by now, if anyone thinks these are harmless then there missing out on large yields, never had anything like this before.

plants start to show signs of sickness/infection about the second week of flower. i put 18 plants in 2 weeks or so ago and only 15 remaining now, these are healthy plants too, ive neverr had a plant just die when placed in the flower tent and never had any white crusty stuff on top the coco until now.
