Future Grow Room Rental Facility

i was interested in buying a old warehouse and was planning on building rentable growrooms similar to “u grow rentals” in California. I live in New York where they have got to be legalizing soon. I was wondering anything that I need to do or steps I would need to take once they legalize to be able to make this dream come true.

Can you imagine the pest , bacteria and cross contamination their “master growers” will have to deal with in the california example.

Oh for sure that’s always going to be an issue. Especially when multiple growers are involved and most of them won’t take the time to clean up and rid themselves of the pests and diseases. One big outbreak would wipe out the entire facility if not handled properly. But at least they can do it more efficiently with racks :-)
