no that intake fan in the top right is whats taking the air out clears out full room in less then 2minThis one is mixing the hot and waisted air, it's not bringing any fresh air in or exhausting the old one out.

That black thing in front of the light hood? It's taking air from the outside and pushes it through the light hood into the room? Over the bulb?
