I clone autos for breading. I take the two bottom branches from each plant @ three weeks. root them out then hit them with silver or pollen from one of my males to make seed. This way I get a full harvest from the seed I bought, and still get seeds so I don't have to keep buying @ such crazy price's

that actual tree may be a real thing, idk, but it's definitely been photshopped into that image, and not very well either. I could do better shadows blending in modern MsPaint lol. They also thought the sun worked like a single point, and made the shadows of the soil bed look like they were being cast from a lightbulb 20 feet of the ground 50 foot away lol. Not a boiling nuclear furnace thats so far away it appears to not move even as you yourself do.

Also you can't put a tree that large on a roof, it'll destroy the building with it's root system xD

I'm sorry, i guess i'm just the guy that ruins stuff.

Dont worry, it may be hard to believe but i think its real.
Here's the story.

Of course, nature cannot create a tree with these characteristics on its own, but by grafting several others, Sam Van Aken created this unique species: a tree that bears 40 different types of fruit. In addition to this characteristic, its vivid colors and striking inheritance make it incredible to look at.

The project belongs to an art teacher in New York, who, using a plum tree, created a new species capable of producing a large number of different fruits. He gathered several branches from different native trees and joined them together at a common tree base. You simply cannot miss it.

As Van Aken himself explains, first the shoot is taken from a tree and inserted into a small incision in the base tree. Then it is covered and the wound is left to heal throughout the winter. The process was successful and this specimen now has peaches, plums, cherries and apricots.

Although it takes a lot of agricultural knowledge to achieve such a feat, Aken is actually an art teacher and it all actually started as an art project. At first, the idea was to show a tree that had attractive and varied colours, while being able to bear different fruits.

When searching for trees to use as material, the American artist noticed that many were considerably difficult to find. So he began a search process that ended up being a conservation effort. Many species that are disappearing are included in that tree.

The strange tree was sold for 30 thousand dollars and with the money the artist plans to create a garden where he will plant native species to preserve them. His artistic project took 9 years, during which he collected and joined the branches, so it is unlikely that this type of tree will be available to everyone.

Even if it doesn't solve world hunger, it is a way of showing the world that there are many fruits and that the trees that provide them are important. Seeing them together on a single tree not only gives us a visual experience but also makes us appreciate food more.

Its on several gardening sites, pretty famous art project, took 9 years to finish.

Grafting is done a lot here in Spain, many trees are grafted to make them more resistant, also many veggies like pumpkins.

I like to watch those specialists do their art.

In the US, almost all fruit/citrus trees and many nuts are grafted to wild rootstock. Wild rootstock tends to be more resistant to many pests, soil organisms, and diseases. I have a grafted apple tree that bears five different kinds of apples!

Those seeds packs are insanely expensive, you can't pick a Lamborghini and say all cars are Lamborghinis. Then people get a civic and think its them, then they quit growing. I can grow photos with pounds on them from a cheap pack of seeds. Its not you can't grow autos well, it is to give newbs the full picture. To get your results you need 2 things, expensive and/or great genetics plus you have to be a experienced and/or naturally skilled grower. It's just transparency that is my issue, I don't want newbs to quit, the medecine is too important to some people. Nothing personal, Obviously you did a great job growing your plants
