Ghetto clone setup will it work

Decided id try my hand at cloneing
Didnt want to spend money so this is what i came up with
35 gallon tank filled with 4 inches of water sumerged heater set @80f
Elevated platform for clones RH is 92 will it work any thoughts

Cut 10 cuttings 9 took hold dropped lights on one an killed it so im down to 8 out of 10 im a happy firat time cloner
