Sugar Cane S1...69days 12/12 Harvest

Not super impressed with this strain but to be fair I had to start them early so no much size to these at all. Prob lucky to get 3oz outta these two.
This one did okay. If I had to clone one it would be this one. Better buds...but still rather small. A clone would prob be a better look and plant.

This other girl has some genetic issues. Very small bud that seemed to grow more like a foxtail and kicked out small ones as it grew. Weird and unproductive. Definitely not a keeper plant. This here is prob the largest on this plant.

These are the typical bud im getting from this girl. Solid and heavy but small and not what we look for. Weed may be potent..I just dunno. Ive not sampled this.

Getting closer to shutting all this down. Ive got 5 more Jealousy clones flowering to go.

Grinding up some Death Cloud Have from last July. 67days in flower and she kept hanging on. Shes a combination of some nice genetics...Temple Mountain/Purple Columbian/Chemdog Haze

Buds been sitting for months now. Im surprised at just how potent they are.

Jealousy...70days...12/12 Close to Harvest

Well, these two lil ones are getting there. I pulled the big Jealousy weeks ago at 68days. Im going to give these just a little more time. Not seeing enough ambers just yet. Plenty of cloudy throughout so it wont be long.

Id grow this strain again. Its a pretty devil thats easy to grow. Not a huge yeilder but really nice buds.

Its not going to be much. I didn't expect that anyways. I know its a good quality strain that is potent and tasty so im thankful to have it.

Only 3 more Jealousy clones to go. They are a few weeks behind these. Thanks for dropping in.

2x4 update....

Jealousy...59days 12/12

A solid two weeks left on these. The aroma is pretty intense and very sticky.

I got a couple hotspots in the canopy. Its not real bad so ima leave it alone and just pluck away the damaged area. Not long to go.

Jealousy 2clones...75days Harvest

These two girls been sittingvin my kitchen for 5days. I dont care what light they catch now..I just wanted them to ripen...and they did.

Small plants but to be fair these weren't really ready for flowering but I am pressed fro time with the move coming.

Nice decent size buds that are a dark purple in color and a funky overpowering stank that lingers in the air.

I had one cola spit out 3 tops in one. It turned out just fine. Its fat. I can barely get my palm n fingers around it..

Luckily I have one more seed of this feminized girl. Ill definitely grow it again.

Hope your move goes well. Hubby has lamented our long winters in Michigan and wants to move South. I still get hot flashes that get triggered by heat, so I don't. LOL

2x4 update.....

Jealousy...63days 12/12

Another week closer but still over 10days to go. Theses ladies are sticky and pretty to look at. I just wish they'd gotten a lil bigger. Oh well, they will be a nice add to the stash.

Usually id run a little deeper canopy up top but time constraints for this grow forced me to flower early. The clones barely got a root system before I flowered. So I didn't get much stretch at all. The buds seemed to be slow and small.

Thank you, it's going to be a hustle. It's going to be a struggle to get some going but I should be able to start a couple outdoors right away. By fall I should be set to start indoors at a much smaller scale then I have here.

@Redneckx These may look larger then what they are in the pics. They are very pretty buds but some colas aren't much bigger then my thumb. They are solid but small. Luckily there's many of them so outta these 3 plants I expect 6-8oz where with normal sized ones id pull 12+Ozs outta a 2x4.

These are clones and usually clones perform well being a fully mature plant. I think my error came when I didn't let the clones get a foothold. Time restraints of this coming move made me flip immediately. Through the entire grow they seemed kinda outta gas. Hell they barely stretched at all.

Only real positive is I got some Lil bud I didn't have before..lol They will add to the kitty.

It's often when we see pics/vids in here, the view deludes...
Same as my current grow, had to transplant very quick, not much time that they grow into the much bigger pots, ending up in small but pretty, smelly and resinous buds.
Next time I give them more time in the final pots.
The yield isn't that bad at all!
Most of my runs ended up with a lot less..
But I never grew for yield, like the fun growing and tasting different strains.
Now trying some sog to get a little more, and because they're some variety seeds I don't own a lot of anymore...
The fun is what it's all about.

Could clones yield better than the mother from seed(From the standpoint of the same height, roots)?
Always make two runs with the same strains, makes sense to me to save some time on germination etc. And y can taste em again.

Clones are the ticket. A fully mature plant you already know. Ive run 11 strains with 16 plants in my tents. If I find a seed plant that fits my needs I clone the girl as long as I can. I don't keep mother plants. I take a flowering clone at 2-3wks in and root her up n veg her for next run. Flowering clones are the shit when it comes to increasing yeild. They can produce a sick amount of branching and we all know what comes with branching.....

Cloning is on my list. A friend of mine bought a tent after I did and had his local " guy" set him up with his processes with nute lists and everything. He has 2 tents both 31x31 and is pulling 4 lids every 3 months and has yet to buy a seed or clone. Just a small perpetual of really good bud.
I asked him if he minds smoking the same stuff all the time and he said he got a gummy maker and does most cannabis by edible.
