And the whole valley is a great place to grow as far as I’m concerned! Once you figure it out! That Fresno Visalia, Bakersfield area has really blown up! I think Fresno is over 1 million people now! I hear you on the law! I am in Tehama county! All outdoor growing is illegal here. But unless you’re causing a problem, it’s doubtful that they will mess with you. Always room for one more grower out up here! Hope you make it! Get away from where the peoples is! Lol.
