I've never pulled one out myself but I have seen them before. Even seen them in pictures of strains too. Do you think it could be a hermi and that is a seed pod? Maybe you should eat it? It looks like a nut or something

Agree with @Vagician, its not a seed pod, seeds would form in the calyx when pollinated. Looks like you are still quite early in flower so be diligent to pluck them when you see them. I had them on my last grow, thankfully no seeds. Apparently they can be sterile. Good luck
