Got My T5 In Today

So I got my 6500 8 bulb t5 HO in today. My question is for veg, do I just go with the white light it came with or use the blue lights I ordered? Right now the plants are about 18" tall and about 2months old. I also have 1 month old seedlings. Would it be ok to put them under the light or just keep them under the cfls a bit longer. They seem to be doing well under the cfls.

6500k is fine for veg. You could always swap every other to feel better. But both will do the trick.

I use 6500k bulbs all in clone, preveg, and veg room side lighting. Works great for 5+yrs now.

I'm telling you t5s are the shit. I ran t5s alone in veg. Then added 3000k bulbs swapped every other bulb and dropped a cheap mostly red led in the center of my 2 2 ft 4 bulb t5s and am very pleased. This is what I call my spaceship.

And this is how it works starting week 5 of 10 week flower not even swelling yet the first pic is week 4 . And I squeezed a middle nug. I know it's a no no but I was curios. Rock hard nugs n they'll just get stiffer when they come to hanging time. That's 3 plants in a 4x4 also first grow again t5s are the shit

Damn! Those are sweet. I hope I can get to that point. How do you know when to set them to flower?
