Hey guys, I've received some really awesome information on here. Hoping for a last little bit of insight from someone to help finish my first grow. Please view photos and chime in with any recommendations and/or guesses on how much longer until harvest.
Looking at pics from my new trich scope, it seems overwhelming majority are milky. You may have a different opinion. I see a decent amount of amber, but they all reside on sugar leaves at the moment. Tons of amber on sugar leaves actually, just not on buds yet. I know the sugar leaves are always ahead of buds in trich development so no surprise there.
Strain is White Widow, and my preference is towards more of a couch lock effect for this plant. I was shooting for at least 25% amber unless someone tells me that's just too much or too little.
Here are the trich pics and I've included a pic of the whole plant at the bottom as well. I want to thank anyone who takes their time to view these & give an opinion or any facts I should know.
Forgot to include picture of the whole plant as I had stated I would. Also I'm intending to begin flush on next watering unless I hear to hold off on that from you guys.
Also, I'm really impressed with this digital microscope. I believe it's still on sale at Amazon (usually $40, currently $30). Really easy to use and can produce way better images than what I got from my first attempt with it out of the box as you see above. Brand is "Takmly"

Beautiful. My outdoor girls look nothing like that. I almost bought that Talkmy microscope but was worried it was too cheap. I’ll have to get it for next year. Gonna go just get a loupe for now. Pretty sure I’m harvesting in the morning. Early or not I guess I’m committed. lol

I was extremely skeptical of the scope even as I ordered it. Like I said though highly recommend to anyone wanting trichome view, pics, and/or video. Super easy to use.
I'm not sure how experienced you are. If your fairly new & start any threads on your harvest process/ trimming/drying etc. keep me in mind & send a link to the thread. I'm still debating wet vs. dry trim.
Best of luck on your harvest & to how your buds smoke. I know I've had a few occasions where I acquired bud that smoked way better than I'd expected based on appearance.

I’m really desperate for some advice right now while I’m on this window. I’m second guessing myself on the harvest. BUT about 5 hours ago I moved them from the yard to the basement. Total darkness. I should at least look under a scope before I pull them but I don’t want to stress them anymore. I found out I can buy a loupe from harbor freight (12 miles away) and have one coming from Amazon wed but could get in morning.
I'm chomping at the bit to get this first plant done, but even though I have no experience my gut tells me your right. Just a couple spots on the plant look like they could beef up a good deal more. Plus I've heard the saying "once you think it's done, wait a week longer"
