Granddaddy Purp auto @ 51 days

First time grower. I’m curious as to how she’s doing. It’s been 51 days from seed and 5 weeks into flower. Shes stretched a lot in the last few weeks.

I’m going in coco and perlite and using the general hydroponics trio, kool bloom and armor si.

Noticed some darker leaves, so I cut back on the nitrogen in my nute mix.

Growing in a 2x3x5 tent and using the Vivosun 100w grow light at 100%.

Any advice or tips? Thanks in advance.

Hi and welcome It's 51days from seed but..........when did it flower? Most of the autos i've grown flower around day 30 to 45 from seed. So i think that looks more like it's been flowering maybe 2wks ya understand what i'm saying?

She looks big for a auto and lucky you. Some folks get dwarf autos first time around you done good.
That light will be OK to flower that one plant but don't try 2 in that size tent and with that light not enough power. Its a good light but not powerful enough to do 2. Ohhh but now i see you do have more plants in that tent. Hmmm well how's that one doing is it auto also? I have a 3x3x6 tent and 250watt and keep it 20" in flower from the plant. Just watch for bleaching in the buds. Good luck

She might have been flowering before I really understood that it was flowering so it’s very possible that I have the timeline wrong lol. And it’s definitely made using the nute schedule a bit confusing.

I’ll definitely invest in getting a better light.

And the other plant is a photo period, that I thought I could keep small and in veg until this auto finished but it was a terrible idea and will never attempt again.

LOL oh that's OK are you going 18/6 light with both right now? I've run many autos an photos same time it can be done. But that photo will need to be trained low cause of the height of your tent. Is the photo the same age? You can top it and use LST helps to keep it shorter.

Yea they are the same age and my light is on 18/6 schedule.

I will definitely do some LST on the photo because she growing like crazy.

Now if you feel like your gonna run out of room with both plants in there flip to 12/12 light for that photo period before she gets too tall and wide. There are folks that do 6wk veg on photos and that's fine. And the auto may suffer abit but still will produce nuggets.
