Do yourself a favor and stay away from Great Lakes Genetics. They the worst customer service i have ever seen. My last 2 orders never came and they have not refunded me or sent a replacement. I emailed them for 8 days straight and no response.

I’m always a bit skeptical when someone with no prior posts starts with a negative post about a supplier and then disappears, with no follow-up or other posts. It could be a legit post, but…..

I have used GLG many times with not one problem.Exceilent freebies also and alot of relevent breeders.

Well I'll do myself a favor and keep dealing with Jeffy because he is an honest and reputable guy...never had a problem once in all the years...I send cash in an envelope...always received what I ordered with badass freebies...sorry bub...your shit don't float.

Interesting thread. Worth noting that the same user posted this complaint on at least two other grower forums where they had established post history and reputation. On those forums the reaction was completely different - the community took the complaint seriously, a breeder stepped in to mediate, and GLG eventually resolved it.

The takeaway for any seed bank: the same shipping issue can land as a non-event on one forum and a six-page problem on another, depending entirely on who is posting and where. Most brands only find out about the second scenario after the damage is done.

We work on this exact problem at VueLeaf - helping cultivation brands track what grower communities are saying across forums so issues like lost shipments get caught and resolved before they spread. Glad GLG made it right in the end.

It was not a legitimate complaint.
It was a troll

And another thing they have in common is a complete lack of balls to hang around and prove the point.

I had to join just to comment on here. I have used GLG many times never an issue how ever I just placed an order 04-22-26 and it says still processing 2 weeks later. Have emailed several times also no response. Something is going on with them, did he go to jail, vacation, hospital? Until this is all resolved I would not recommend placing any orders right now UGH.

Did the OP get his seeds? I am going through the same issue right now, ordered 2 weeks ago and is still processing, payed with debit card. Never had an issue before always received my products within a week, something is wrong.
