On April 28th 2026 I ordered a pack of Banana Yuzu from Bodhi through GLG. I had 3 successful orders with them previously. It’s been 15 days since order and I’ve not gotten any shipping update. I reached out to the sales email and the contact form on the website to make sure everything is okay, I haven’t heard back yet.

I understand from the other responses here that there was some medical issues but I’m concerned now because orders placed after mine appear to have been sent. I’m hoping my order does come after all, I was really excited to pop those beans. It’s been long enough of a wait that I may have to pick other beans to pop so my garden doesn’t have a huge lapse.

I signed up for the forum to respond to this thread. If I get anything from GLG regarding shipping, I’ll come back to update.

If your shipping status says "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" don't let them tell you that means it's on the way. It isn't. There seems to be a misunderstanding over there regarding what some of these shipping statuses mean and where exactly the responsibility of the seller ends and the Post Office begins.

Came back to say that my order did get assigned a tracking number. I didn’t get a reply from their email but I did see an Instagram post on their greatlakesgenetics2 page (not on their main page) asking people not to email and just be patient. I saw this after my original post, or I’d have just waited lol. I believe I’ll get my order and so will everyone else that is waiting. Well wishes to the GLG team for a quick recovery.

I guess this seems to be a theme this year for great lakes to be treating customers poorly. I placed an order on the 15th of July. I contacted them on the 20th to inquire about the items being shipped as it was still in the processing stage. I get this message back from them along with an image that isn't even legible. I guess it was him trying to post an image showing what his payment processor was saying.

I am sorry for the delay.
About a 10 days ago the credit card company started adding a a
requirement that the mailing address has to match the billing address on
the order.
They have done this to about 30 orders. So I have been trying to figure
them out. The Credit card company has a hold on it.
They have contacted the customer's for approval.
Have you by chance received a email (ck you spam) asking if you approve
the order.
If they have OKed it. Please have them send me a statement authorizing
the order [email protected].
I am sorry for the inconvenience. But we lost over $2,500 in bad charges
in the last 6 weeks.
We will add a freebies for the problem. Thanks DBJ

I looked at my credit card and the money was taken out of my account on the 16th so I have no idea what he is referencing. I emailed there support email and admin email with no response. Just wanted to pass this along so others don't have to deal with the same issue.

Unfortunately, it seems like they still have difficulties with their business. Ordered 2 weeks ago, my credit card got charged 3x the order amount until the credit card company locked my card which I have to renew now. Tried to contact GLG a couple times without success. I don‘t care how much of a legend this guy is, operating a business this way is pure fraud. I‘m actually happy that I didn‘t send him cash..
Will never ever in my life order again from GLG.
They died for me and I ordered a good couple times during the last 15 years!!

Lol sadly I've heard bad things about glg. For all y'all that have had good reviews there are bad don't let anything cloud your mind on that one. I jus hope something is resolved tomorrow an y'all dont have to worry about getting what you paid for. Tbh never bought from them or tried anything they have so I can't say from personal experience. But I've seen lots of warning to watch buying from places like this because they shut down the bizz an screw all new orders and it's already happening with these companies. Again I've only heard bad things an very bad customer service from plenty of people. So take with a grain of salt but if is true it's a joke todo that an not message anybody what's goin on

One I had a problem with was Native sun genetics took two months to get 15 worth in seeds. Then said I have wrong address well if I did I said, please send me a screenshot of the wrong address you speak of......long story short I finally got my seeds but lesson learned
