Greying new leaf tips after exposure to 300PPFD?

Removed a few fan leaves from this young auto flower to reveal heavily shaded sprouts. Seems like they're getting fried a bit? But the tips are not dry.

New growth problems usually result from calcium, sulphur and iron issues.

If those tips were touching under the fan leaves with high humidity it could be fungal.

I don't know about the grey tips specifically, but I'd back off your watering frequency. More thickness and texture in those leaves than I like to see, and over-watering can manifest in all sorts of funky leaf symptoms.

Looks like mildew to me. Over watering, possible high humidity and not enough air movement. Don't see any light stress or heat stress. Could be issues with the pic. But I'm seeing powdery mildew on a couple of leaf petals. I want to be wrong. Please shoot the messenger. I felt a bit nauseated as I looked at the pics. In our world grey and black are mildew and mold.

What are your environmental conditions? @ArtfulCodger pointed out the lettuce leaf and I agree. I hate to see this... I hope I'm wrong...

Here's 3 more photos. 3rd photo is of of the same plant, the one that had large fan leaves recently removed to reveal the above. The other two are of a same age plant but with it's own issues (including overwatering potetially)

What are the black spots?

I've got quality seedlings (fem) a few weeks in and I do not need them to get sick. These plants were going to be trashed originally ^

Oh yeah and I have a bad habbit of watering over the leaves -- realising it's doing more harm than good. I think those are just water spots regarding mildew. No other plants express it.
