Tomorrow I’ll finish the floor and fully adhere 60 mill. TPO membrane to the substrate.View attachment 893901View attachment 893902
hanging lights hell, that a 10 ft tall ceiling isnt it,inset them lights exhaust, intake fans in the top 2 ft ,just like a attic, put smoke alarm covers over the ends and none that even be exposed, root full of lighting hahahah, looking like your doing a good job at itIt’s a shell still got a ways to go. Roof is next. I will be installing 3 inch polyiso rigid board mechanically fastened to the top of the plywood. Then mechanically fasten TPO on top of the ISO. I was wanting to leave the rafters exposed to fasten unistrut for hanging lights and such from the ceiling.View attachment 901243View attachment 901244View attachment 901245View attachment 901246View attachment 901247View attachment 901248View attachment 901249
cool just thought i would mention my mistake,i went and got tyvek and never had any more issues when i replaced it,my insulation and decking were sandwiching, the tyvek does a good job,you would thing house wrap is what it is,but names do qualify for when you plan something you dont want to rebuild ,dig, hell ya i put them lights and filters in the crawl space, you got to have some kind air flow,it be 80 outside and 120 inside without ventalation, even if it just a foot going down middle, that was the worse thing with mobile homes,ac work it ass off until you built another roof with air space about 2 in ,bug and wasp atractant, but middle of day the ac barley workingIt is perforated scrim paper. I follow you on that. I’m always calling out insulating contractors installing with unperforated scrim on the commercial buildings at work.
I’m treating this build as a clean room. 10 foot walls will be rapped in white TPO, floors TPO. I’m trying to get as air tight as possible sos I can run cO2 as effectively as possible.cool just thought i would mention my mistake,i went and got tyvek and never had any more issues when i replaced it,my insulation and decking were sandwiching, the tyvek does a good job,you would thing house wrap is what it is,but names do qualify for when you plan something you dont want to rebuild ,dig, hell ya i put them lights and filters in the crawl space, you got to have some kind air flow,it be 80 outside and 120 inside without ventalation, even if it just a foot going down middle, that was the worse thing with mobile homes,ac work it ass off until you built another roof with air space about 2 in ,bug and wasp atractant, but middle of day the ac barley working

Floors insulated R-19walls are getting R-19 batted insulation with 1/4 inch plywood then TPO fully adhered to the walls up to the rafters that’s 10 feet. If I wanted to I could fill it with water to the rafters, lol:)Spray foam the entire interior, minus floor.
Nice, never considered it but is a good idea.Just a curious question because I used to install it way back when. Did you consider using frp on the walls like they do in commercial kitchens? I always thought it'd be great to use unless the lights would cause it to deteriorate or something.
i see um what cross, looking great
