It’s a shell still got a ways to go. Roof is next. I will be installing 3 inch polyiso rigid board mechanically fastened to the top of the plywood. Then mechanically fasten TPO on top of the ISO. I was wanting to leave the rafters exposed to fasten unistrut for hanging lights and such from the ceiling.View attachment 901243View attachment 901244View attachment 901245View attachment 901246View attachment 901247View attachment 901248View attachment 901249

It is perforated scrim paper. I follow you on that. I’m always calling out insulating contractors installing with unperforated scrim on the commercial buildings at work.

I’m treating this build as a clean room. 10 foot walls will be rapped in white TPO, floors TPO. I’m trying to get as air tight as possible sos I can run cO2 as effectively as possible.

4 ton carrier package unit single phase.
I’m also going to install a fresh air intake fan on the roof I can manually turn on when I’m working in the room.

Floors insulated R-19walls are getting R-19 batted insulation with 1/4 inch plywood then TPO fully adhered to the walls up to the rafters that’s 10 feet. If I wanted to I could fill it with water to the rafters, lol:)

Just a curious question because I used to install it way back when. Did you consider using frp on the walls like they do in commercial kitchens? I always thought it'd be great to use unless the lights would cause it to deteriorate or something.

Nice, never considered it but is a good idea.
I went with TPO because of the reflectivity to light and cleaning ability. And also cost.
I had 2 rolls 10x100 left over from a roofing side job I’ve been holding on to for a couple years specifically for this project.
