Grow methods for the higest yeild

Hi Guys

So just seeing what everyone's opinions are on what gets the best yield.

Yes I know strain environment lights but I'm looking for more whats everyone's preferred method. Like hydro, dwc, soil, coco, bottle nutrients, organic nutrients. Also do you find Feming, mainline LST SOG SCROG what works best for you.

So far I have done soil and organic top amended organic nutrients. I have grown the MR Canucks grow in coco with organic nutrients. All under LED.

I want to set up something that doesn't take as much time hand watering and more automation eventually.

Also I understand a sealed environment with CO2 would produce more but this isn't a option atm at the location I will be at.

Also do you notice much of a difference from LED to CMH. As we are upgrading and expanding LED's can run alot of $$ upfront and been reading that double bulb 630w cmh lights are the best bang for the $ and can compete with 1000w lights. Besides heat anyone see a greater yield with LED vs CMH ?

So I guess the main question is if you had 2 room approx 20ftx12ft what would you set up for best bang for the $ and maximum yields.

Would love to hear from guys who have grown the same strain multiple ways with results.

Just my 2 cents but i thought there were 2 main reasons CMH can be better than hps and they are 1. Greatly Increased UV light and 2. Much closer approximation of natural sunlight compared to hps.
So when youre looking at a new light system and have the choice, there are LEDs that have the exact wavelengths dialed in for specific phytochrome responses. Also with UV. Personally, my next lighting upgrade will be the Rayonled 720 UV
