Grow project Black Jack And GSC

Hello!

I have just started a new project. I have two different plants. One Black Jack and one Girl Scout Cookie.
The GSC looks great, but the BJ looks very dying. They have been watered the same and everything. What could have caused the BJ to end up like this? Can it just be a bad seed or?

What is the light setting? It might help to reduce the light intensity.

I have the Lumatek ATS 300W Pro, have dimmed it down to 25%. But i think you’re right. I will try and put up another light for the first 2-3 weeks.
